The presentation will revolve around the support the National Science Foundation provides through the Advanced Technological Education (ATE) program to Two-Year Institutions of Higher Education such as Community Colleges focused on training the next generation of Professional Land Surveyors, Engineering Surveyors, and Geodesist. In addition, prior accomplishments through East Los Angeles College’s NSF ATE project and its partnership with Cal Poly Pomona’s surveying program will be presented and discussed.
